Annual General Meeting
Wednesday 8^th May, 7pm at the Emsworth Community Centre.

The meeting will feature a report on what has been achieved in the first year of operation of the Forum and short presentations from members involved with community projects which have been supported. The committee will also set out ambitious plans for the coming year.

Formal business to be transacted will comprise the following resolutions for voting:

• Approval of the Year 1 accounts
• Approval of the Year 2 budget
• Election of committee members
  (Supporting papers will follow on this website)

The business is expected to last no longer than 1.5 hours and there will be an opportunity to meet and mingle over a glass of wine at the end.
